DAA-Displays is a framework for model-based design of cockpit displays. The framework is provided in the form of a library of interactive graphical display elements (called widgets), and simulations tools supporting comparative analysis of cockpit displays. The visual appearance of the widgets closely resembles that of common display elements used in real cockpit display systems, including compass, interactive map, and tape displays. The functional logic driving the behavior of the widgets is entirely specified by an external component, e.g., an executable formal specification or a software implementation.
DAA-Displays is publicly available under NASA's Open Source Agreement from GitHub.
