Jason M. Upchurch
My broad research interests include contributing to the safety of software-intensive aerospace systems in a variety of domains, e.g., communications, control systems, modeling and simulation.
I received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2011 from the University of Virginia with a concentration in Control Systems and a minor in Applied Mathematics. I received a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University in 2013, and the title of my master's thesis is "Identifiability of Additive, Time-Varying Actuator and Sensor Faults by State Augmentation". I am presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University. The tag identifies links that are outside the NASA domain.
