For n (number of replicates on test) = 1, the expected test duration is $10^{10} hours = 1,141,550 years$
For n = 10, the expected test duration is $10^{9} hours = 114,155 years$
For n = 100, the expected test duration is $10^{8} hours = 11,415 years$
For n = 10000, the expected test duration is $10^{6} hours = 114 years$

Life testing is clearly out of the question for systems that must be ultrareliable.
